How do long is the wait for my supplies?
Generally it takes 2-3 business days to receive your supplies, Most insurance companies don’t require authorization, but those that do take up to 1 week for prior approval. Our representatives will be able to give you an approximate time for delivery.
Can I exchange my Breast Pump?
Unfortunately no, once the breast pump has been open from its seal, we’re not allowed to make any exchanges or returns. If there are any problems with pump we will gladly get a brand new pump as a replacement for you.
Can I order my pump in advance?
Yes! you can, our software will schedule your pump for delivery and you’ll receive a reminder two weeks in advance from our staff. Also some insurances allow you to receive your supplies before. but some insurances like Fidelis require the child’s DOB and Name.
Can I order Maternity Pantyhose?
Yes! you can, our office carries compression hosiery. Insurances usually cover up to two pairs per year. Our styles range from Kneehigh, Thigh high, Pantyhose and Maternity Pantyhose. Before ordering you’ll need to speak with your physician and ask questions.
Can I order a different breast pump?
Yes, we are flexible in choices, we carry the most popular models, but if you have a preference please reach out to us by sending us and email, text or phone call. We’ll try our best to accommodate your needs. Sometimes upgrades will require a payment.
Can I order a different Maternity Belt?
Unfortunately no, our belt is unique. Other belts that you may see online are not the same. Caremore has its own belt developed specifically to help patients reduce back pain and the maternity belt is specifically coded for medical insurances.
